Hubballi: Ineshka Nadugaddi, a student of Shri Kadasiddeshwar Arts College and H.S. Kotambri Science Institute, Hubballi, has secured the fourth rank in the Arts stream in the Second PU examinations, the results of which were announced on Tuesday.
Ineshka scored a perfect 100 in History, Economics, Political Science, and Geography, along with 98 in Hindi and 96 in English. She is the daughter of Franjala Naveen Nadugaddi, a former teacher who now runs a small catering business. Ineshka lost her father a few years ago.
At the time of the results announcement, Ineshka and her mother were in Bengaluru, exploring college options. She aims to pursue a career in civil services and is keen on joining a reputed college in the city to begin her preparation.
“I used to study regularly for two to three hours during college days. During the study holidays, I increased it to around 18 hours a day,” Ineshka shared.
Her mother Franjala said, “Ineshka’s grandparents, Hemanth Kiran Gundami and Prasanna H. Gundami, couldn’t hold back their emotions after hearing about her achievement. She has always been a focused and hardworking student.”
Franjala added that she’s considering relocating her catering business to Bengaluru if Ineshka secures admission to a good college there, as she believes it would support her daughter’s civil services aspirations.
