Ushas Centre to Host "NEEV" Prenatal & Postnatal Care Workshop on January 31

Hubballi: The Ushas Centre for Exceptional Children is set to host a Prenatal & Postnatal Care Workshop, "NEEV" on Friday, January 31, 2025, at 10:00 AM at its Vinayaknagar center, near Tatvadarsha Hospital.  

The workshop aims to support expecting and new mothers by providing expert guidance on essential aspects of pregnancy, postpartum care, and newborn well-being. A panel of specialists will cover crucial topics including Prenatal Care, Understanding Pregnancy, Nutrition & Lifestyles, Pre-Natal Care & Checkups, Birth Planning & Preparation, Breastfeeding & Lactation  

Postnatal Care:

- Postpartum Care & Recovery,bNewborn Care Essentials, Breastfeeding Support & Troubleshooting, Emotional Well-being, Mental Health to ensure a smooth and healthy transition into motherhood.  

Expert Panel

The workshop will feature experienced medical professionals, including: Dr. Shantala Yogi Kampapurmath Lactation Counsellor, Dr. Madhuri Rameshkumar Kambar, Obstetrician & Gynaecologist, Specialist in High-Risk Pregnancy and Infertility, Priya Uchila – Special Educator & Counselling Psychologist
