Saif Ali Khan Recovering After Knife Attack During Burglary Attempt

Mumbai: Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan sustained six stab wounds, including two deep injuries near his spine, during an alleged burglary attempt at his Bandra residence in Mumbai early on January 16, 2025. The intruder fled after the attack, which occurred at 2:30 a.m. Saif was rushed to Lilavati Hospital, where a specialized team performed surgery, and he is now recovering and out of danger.

Kareena Kapoor Khan, Saif's wife, confirmed the safety of their family, including their children Taimur and Jeh. Mumbai Police and the Crime Branch are investigating, with initial reports suggesting the attacker may have links to a housekeeper. Forensic teams collected evidence from the scene, and police continue to pursue leads.
