Hubballi, Sept. 12 Daily Mail Online: Senior orthopedic surgeon Dr. Suryakanth Kalluraya has taken charge as the new Principal of the Karnataka Medical College and Research Institute (KMCRI), Hubballi.
KMCRI, a premier medical college and hospital, is widely regarded as the lifeline of North Karnataka. The institution offers both undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) medical courses and caters to a large patient population across the region.
Before assuming charge as Principal, Dr. Kalluraya served as the Head of the Department of Orthopedics at KMCRI. With his vast experience in academics and clinical practice, he is expected to further strengthen the institution’s role in medical education, research, and healthcare delivery.
