Individuals who hold a graduate degree from any recognised university and currently reside in the constituency are eligible to register as voters. To participate, eligible graduates must submit Form-18, the official voter registration form for the Graduates’ Constituency.

Where to Apply:

The duly filled Form-18 should be submitted to the Tahsildar office of the area where the graduate currently resides.

Documents Required (along with Form-18):

  1. Degree Certificate or Marks Card (proof of graduation)
  2. Aadhaar Card (proof of identity)
  3. Voter ID / Election Photo Identity Card (if already available)
  4. Passport-size photograph

Applicants must self-attest (sign on) all photocopies of the documents submitted.

> Important: The photocopy of the Degree Certificate must be attested by a Gazetted Officer.

Once the form and documents are verified, the graduate’s name will be added to the Graduates’ Electoral Roll, giving them the right to cast their vote in the upcoming election to elect their representative to the Karnataka Legislative Council.
