Hubballi: The Police Establishment Board on Monday, October 16, issued transfer and posting orders for 131 Inspectors of Police with immediate effect.
Several inspectors from Hubballi–Dharwad have been reshuffled as part of the order.
Key Transfers:
- Ramesh Hugar, who was serving at Karwar Town Police Station, has been transferred to Dharwad Town Police Station.
He replaces N.C. Kadadevar, who has been posted to Ranebennur Rural Police Station.
- Raghavendra Hallur, previously with Kasabapet Police Station, has been transferred to the Karnataka Lokayukta.
He will be replaced by Laxman Naik, who was serving in SDB Davanagere.
- Jackson D’Souza, Inspector at East Traffic, has been transferred to Vidyanagar Police Station.
He replaces Jayant Gouli, who has been posted to the Karnataka Lokayukta.
- Praveen G. Nilammanavar, Inspector at Gokul Road Police Station, has been transferred to the SIT of the Karnataka Lokayukta.
Shivarudrappa Meti, who was serving in the Lokayukta, will take charge at Gokul Road.
- M.S. Hugar, Inspector of Hubballi Sub-Urban, has been transferred to the Karnataka State Intelligence.
He will be replaced by Ashok Chavan, who was serving as Police Inspector at Nidagundi Circle Police Station.
